It all started when…

I took the “plunge” and traveled to Bali. It has been an above water and underwater exploit since. My next experience in diving took me to Koh Tao Thailand where I found a whole culture that revolves around Scuba. In this magical place I became a PADI Instructor and have been bringing people back to my second home ever since.

I have instructed scuba courses around the world. In places like Thailand, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic, Philippines, Roatan and Mexico and a little hot spring in Utah called The Homestead Crater. Most of my students have been friends and acquaintances, some I have met working with dives shops, all of which are now family. Scuba diving has opened a whole new world to me and the people I know. We thrive on adventure and seek the next big and small thing to capture with our cameras and keep in our hearts and minds.

In 2009 I moved to Jackson Wyoming and worked for prestigious restaurants such as The Couloir, Piste Mountain Bistro, Local, and The Handlebar at Four Seasons. Before I was a fine dining server I worked in banquets leading servers and staff through large and small venues. Long days and nights we strove to make the winters and summers unforgettable for our guests. And once those busy seasons were over we traveled.

During the “off-season” my friends and I started working our way around the globe, to dive all of the best locations in the world. To date I have been to places such as Koh Tao and Similan Islands Thailand, Cabo Pulmo Mexico, Carribean/Pacific side of Panama, three locations in the Philippines, Gili islands Bali, Truk Lagoon (WWII wrecks), Palau, Red Sea/Egypt, and the Bahamas. These are just the beginning. Check out my Upcoming Trips to see where we are going next.

For the past two years I worked on a 112’ MY that mainly stayed in the Bahamas. I worked for lovely owners who also chartered their boat about four times per year. My duties included Deckhand work (maintaining exterior), Stewardess work (maintaining interior and help with service), and leading/teaching SCUBA diving, more recently I have evolved into the Chief Stewardess role on boats. During this time I was able to explore many sites around the Bahamas and see incredible creatures. I added three new finds to my list: a hammerhead shark, eagle rays, and a tiny octopus. Crewing on a yacht was a very challenging and rewarding career move. I am incredibly happy I took the time to learn all I could and become a part of the yachting world. Since leaving my full time position I have opened myself up to freelance and seasonal work.

Since early 2022 I have been collaborating with Seasick Productions to bring my fellow travel partners and dive buddies on their next epic adventure. Check out Upcoming Trips, to see where I’ll be taking folks next, and check out Seasick Productions website for even more trips to come and let me know which ones you’d like to join.
